The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to fasteners fastened in drilled holes having conical expansion.
The purpose of the invention is to facilitate the installation of dowels.
FIG. 1 shows the expansion plug in working condition: FIG. 2 — Single-sided end of a spacer cone to prevent rotation; in fig. 3, also, an embodiment with several elements to prevent rotation.
Expansion plug has pin 1 with thread 2 at one end and spacer cone 3 at the other end. A splined spreader sleeve 4 is mounted on a finger. A pin fastener 5 with an external thread 6 is screwed on a thread 2 of a finger 1 and has engagement elements 7 for a mounting tool at the free end. The engagement elements can be made in the form of flats or hex. At the end of the distance cone, at least one element 8 is made to prevent from turning. The element is made in the form of ribs, tapering outward. In an embodiment, several elements 9 can be made at the end of the spacer cone to prevent rotation. Elements 9 can be made in the form of cams or protrusions.
On the side surface of the spacer cone 3 there is a protrusion 10 placed in the slot of the expanding sleeve.
A sliding element 11 in the form of a plastic washer is installed between the fastener 5 and the expansion sleeve 4.

The pin 1 is brought into engagement with the screw threading of the inner axial hole 12 of the fastener 5. As the fastener 5 rotates, it moves in the direction of the distance cone 3 and simultaneously moves the expansion sleeve until it takes up the position. Claim
1. An expansion dowel for fastening in holes that are tapered inwardly extending inward, comprising a threaded pin and a spacer cone for fastening at the bottom of the hole, a spline expansion sleeve mounted on a finger, and a rod fastener with an internal axial threaded hole screwed onto the finger thread, in particular, in order to facilitate the installation of the dowel in the hole, the finger is made with at least one element to prevent rotation at the end of the spacer cone and one protrusion on the side surface of the cone, size spliced in the slot of the expansion sleeve, and the dowel is equipped with a sliding element located between the fastener and the expansion sleeve.
